Precise Systems is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support Specialist to support acquisition, fielding, and sustainment activities. The specialist will develop and maintain logistics products, analyze system-support requirements, and coordinate with engineering, maintenance, supply, training, configuration management, and program teams to ensure systems are supportable throughout their lifecycle. The position will support maintenance planning, Logistics Product Data, provisioning, support equipment, technical documentation, and program reporting. This role is primarily performed off-site, with limited travel required for program reviews, fielding activities, logistics assessments, and customer meetings.
This position may allow for remote work; however, employees must be able and willing to travel and provide in-office or on-site support as required by customer requirements, project demands, or business needs.
Duties:
  • Develop, review, and maintain Integrated Logistics Support Plans, Operational Logistics Support Summaries, and lifecycle-support documentation.
  • Analyze Logistics Product Data and ensure supportability information remains consistent with system designs, test results, and configuration changes.
  • Assess maintenance concepts, maintenance plans, resource requirements, and levels of repair.
  • Support supply planning, provisioning, spare-parts analysis, and reliability-based spares recommendations.
  • Develop and review requirements for test, maintenance, and support equipment.
  • Coordinate logistics updates with engineering, maintenance, supply, training, technical-data, and configuration-management personnel.
  • Review technical manuals, maintenance procedures, training materials, and related support products for logistics accuracy.
  • Track logistics schedules, milestones, risks, action items, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams, logistics reviews, supportability assessments, and program meetings.
  • Prepare logistics reports, briefing materials, meeting minutes, technical findings, and corrective-action recommendations.

Desired Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Systems Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Desired Experience:
  • 3+ years professional experience supporting integrated logistics, acquisition logistics, product support, sustainment, maintenance planning, or military systems.
  • Experience developing, reviewing, or maintaining ILS and lifecycle-support documentation.
  • Knowledge of DoD Integrated Product Support elements and logistics-support principles.
  • Experience with Logistics Product Data, maintenance planning, Level of Repair Analysis, support-equipment planning, provisioning, supply support, technical data, or training support.
  • Ability to analyze logistics and technical information and develop clear findings and recommendations.
  • Experience tracking schedules, actions, risks, milestones, and program deliverables.
  • Strong technical-writing and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering, maintenance, supply, training, test, configuration-management, and program-management teams.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, NAVSEA, NSWC Crane, or an Army product-manager organization.
  • Familiarity with SAE GEIA-STD-0007 Logistics Product Data requirements.
  • Experience with LORA, maintenance-task analysis, reliability-centered maintenance, or supportability analysis.
  • Experience supporting ILS Management Teams, supportability IPTs, or Logistics Review Group activities.
  • Familiarity with provisioning documentation, technical manuals, training plans, support-equipment lists, and lifecycle-sustainment products.
  • Experience evaluating the impact of engineering and configuration changes on logistics products.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,824.00-$71,000.00 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
