Job description

The Logistics Clerk will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the Integrated Logistics Department by reviewing bids and submitting quotes, creating and maintaining spreadsheets for data entry reporting on projects, reviewing contract billing, and monitoring email correspondence between accounts and service centers. Compensation starts at $15/hr depending on experience.

Essential functions:

  • Assist the Manager of Logistics Coordination with Final Mile Delivery Service program functions.
  • Provide timely updates for projects and billing.
  • Research/analyze bids/quotes for accounts.
  • Work with Coleman Service Centers for logistics needs and purposes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic knowledge of the moving industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge or ability to learn of company software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Required Education and Experience:

  • Required: High School Diploma
  • Required: Previous customer service skills
