Job description

AMERICAN SYSTEMSis seeking anIntegrated Logistics Support Manager with 10 or more years of experience and a TS/SCI Clearanceto support The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), Cheyenne Mountain Complex (NCMC) -Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract III Mission.


  • Lead life cycle product support and integrated logistics activities for NISSC 3-covered mission systems, support systems, and tools.
  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Logistics Support Plan aligned with Government sustainment priorities.
  • Lead logistics working groups and coordinate logistics status, action items, risks, supportability issues, and stakeholder decisions.
  • Manage supply support, Government property accountability, inventory accuracy, equipment records, property transfers, audit readiness, and supporting documentation.
  • Oversee supportability analysis, sparing, obsolescence management, warranties, licenses, maintenance agreements, and vendor support planning.
  • Coordinate packaging, handling, storage, transportation, delivery, disposition, and disposal of mission and sustainment equipment.
  • Ensure logistics impacts are addressed during engineering changes, sustainment activities, deployments, depot maintenance, and external provider integration.
  • Coordinate logistics inputs to technical manuals, technical orders, training materials, sustainment documentation, and baseline updates.
  • Track logistics risks, schedules, performance measures, deliverables, and dependencies; provide status to program leadership and Government stakeholders.
  • Ensure logistics activities comply with contract, property, financial audit, security, safety, quality, technical data, and Department of Defense sustainment requirements.

  • Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, business, program management, or related field; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
  • Ten or more years of experience in integrated logistics support, product support, supply support, sustainment, or defense logistics.
  • Experience leading logistics or product support activities for Department of Defense, Air Force, Space Force, command and control, missile warning, space, or other mission-critical programs.
  • Experience managing Government property, inventory accountability, supply support, equipment records, property transfers, and audit-supporting documentation.
  • Experience with supportability analysis, sparing, obsolescence management, warranties, maintenance agreements, software licenses, and vendor support coordination.
  • Ability to lead working groups, brief stakeholders, manage action items, coordinate schedules, track risks, and deliver logistics products on time.
  • Ability to coordinate across logistics, engineering, cybersecurity, operations, testing, configuration management, data management, and program management teams.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
