Job description

Position Summary

The Project Controls Lead - Multi-Prime Infrastructure & Site Integration plays a critical role in supporting integrated project controls execution across large-scale capital projects and mega-project programs with complex multi-prime contractor environments. This role is responsible for coordinating project controls activities related to infrastructure, site development, utilities, logistics, schedule integration, cost tracking, forecasting, and contractor performance management across concurrent workstreams.

Working closely with project leadership, contractors, schedulers, cost teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, this position supports the consolidation and validation of project controls data across multiple contractors and delivery teams to ensure consistency in reporting, forecasting, schedule alignment, and performance measurement. The role is heavily focused on interface management, schedule coordination, progress tracking, and integration of disparate project controls systems and reporting structures.

The ideal candidate possesses strong experience supporting industrial, infrastructure, semiconductor, energy, or EPC mega-project environments, with expertise in project controls, contractor coordination, schedule integration, forecasting, and multi-prime project delivery.

Organizational Responsibilities
Project Controls & Multi-Prime Integration
  • Support and lead integrated project controls activities across complex multi-prime contractor and infrastructure project environments.
  • Coordinate project controls efforts related to site development, infrastructure, utilities, logistics, and concurrent construction workstreams.
  • Develop, maintain, and validate integrated schedules, forecasts, cost reports, and project controls data across multiple contractors and project teams.
  • Ensure contractor schedules, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), progress measurement systems, and reporting structures align with established project controls standards and baseline requirements.
  • Review and analyze contractor schedule updates, resource loading, progress reporting, and forecasting information to identify risks, delays, interface impacts, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor contractor performance, schedule interfaces, and physical handoffs between work packages to identify potential spatial clashes, sequencing conflicts, and schedule impacts.
  • Consolidate and standardize project controls data from multiple contractor systems into unified reporting and forecasting structures.
  • Support forecasting, trend analysis, Estimate at Completion (EAC) reporting, cash flow analysis, and project performance evaluations.
  • Perform schedule integration reviews, what-if scenario analysis, and project controls audits to support proactive decision-making and risk mitigation.
  • Review contractor change orders, schedule impacts, and cost adjustments related to infrastructure and site support scopes.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Facilitate coordination meetings with project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to support alignment across schedules, interfaces, reporting requirements, and project controls processes.
  • Prepare project controls reports, dashboards, and executive summaries related to schedule performance, forecasting, contractor coordination, and project status.
  • Communicate complex project controls data, risks, and performance trends clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support collaboration across scheduling, cost controls, construction management, procurement, and project delivery teams.
Leadership & Operational Support
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior project controls personnel and project teams.
  • Promote project controls best practices, reporting consistency, and continuous improvement initiatives across multi-disciplinary project environments.
  • Support implementation and optimization of project controls systems, reporting tools, and governance processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or a related technical field required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, cost controls, infrastructure coordination, or related functions supporting large-scale capital projects.
  • Experience supporting semiconductor, industrial, infrastructure, energy, oil & gas, EPC, or mega-project environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience supporting multi-prime contractor environments, infrastructure/site development projects, and integrated project delivery.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, project controls systems, forecasting tools, reporting platforms, and advanced Excel.
  • Experience supporting schedule integration, forecasting, contractor coordination, cost tracking, and performance reporting across multiple project teams and contractors.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support coordination across complex matrix organizations.
  • Experience with project management and document control systems such as Procore, Aconex, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced project environments while supporting multiple concurrent priorities.
$131,853 - $154,927 a year
The salary range for this position is $131,853 to $154,927.   
A hired employee will be placed within this salary range based on a variety of legitimate business reasons, including but not limited to the individual's scope of relevant experience and geographic location.
Location and Commitments
  • Overtime work may be required occasionally to ensure certain deliverables are completed on time.
  • Weekend work is rare but occasionally may be necessary.
