Job Title: Logistics Services Manager, SME Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking an experienced Logistics Services Manager to serve as CACI's senior logistics capability integrator responsible for planning, synchronizing, and executing integrated logistics services that support SOCPAC and its mission partners across the Indo-Pacific operational environment. The position advises senior Government and military leadership on theater logistics posture, contested logistics challenges, operational sustainment strategies, and innovative logistics solutions that enable distributed and expeditionary operations. The Logistics Services Manager leads the development, integration, and execution of Forward Deployed Logistics Services, Logistics Platform Solutions, Supply Chain Management and Provisioning, Deployment and Distribution Services, and Joint Theater Distribution Center (JTDC) operations.

These capabilities provide resilient, adaptive, and scalable logistics networks supporting operational plans, theater campaign objectives, contingency operations, and day-to-day mission execution across permissive, contested, and denied environments. Working closely with SOCPAC staff, Service Components, coalition partners, and other mission stakeholders, the Logistics Services Manager supports logistics planning and operational integration across Operations Plans (OPLANs), Concept Plans (CONPLANs), Theater Campaign Plans (TCPs), exercises, and contingency operations. The position identifies opportunities to integrate commercial logistics capabilities, emerging technologies, and non-standard supply chain solutions that improve operational reach, sustainment, and mission effectiveness.

The Logistics Services Manager directs multiple multidisciplinary project teams supporting Task Delivery Orders and regional initiatives. The position ensures effective coordination among the Program Management Office, Regional Managers, Functional Group Leads, subcontractor partners, and Government stakeholders, while maintaining responsibility for project execution, workforce leadership, customer satisfaction, and the cost, schedule, and performance of assigned logistics initiatives. Responsibilities: Logistics Services Leadership Serve as the senior Logistics Services Manager supporting assigned logistics initiatives.

Lead planning, integration, and execution of Task 2 logistics services supporting SOCPAC mission requirements. Advise Government leadership on logistics operations, theater sustainment, operational readiness, and contested logistics strategies. Ensure logistics capabilities remain aligned with operational priorities, campaign objectives, and evolving mission requirements.

Direct multidisciplinary logistics teams supporting multiple projects and regional operations. Integrated Logistics Operations Lead execution of Forward Deployed Logistics Services supporting distributed operational forces. Oversee Supply Chain Management, provisioning, warehousing, inventory management, and theater distribution activities.

Manage Deployment and Distribution Services supporting air, maritime, and ground transportation requirements. Coordinate Joint Theater Distribution Center (JTDC) operations supporting reception, storage, accountability, and distribution of materiel. Synchronize logistics activities supporting steady-state operations, exercises, contingency operations, and crisis response.

Logistics Planning & Operational Integration Support logistics planning for OPLANs, CONPLANs, Theater Campaign Plans, and operational initiatives. Coordinate logistics support requirements with SOCPAC, Service Components, Joint organizations, coalition partners, and host nation representatives. Participate in operational planning teams, logistics synchronization meetings, and mission rehearsals.

Develop logistics recommendations supporting distributed operations and expeditionary sustainment. Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies supporting mission continuity. Supply Chain & Distribution Management Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations supporting Government requirements.

Integrate commercial logistics providers, Government supply systems, and non-standard supply chain solutions. Improve asset visibility, inventory accountability, transportation coordination, and distribution performance. Support implementation of predictive logistics, demand forecasting, and logistics data analytics.

Ensure compliance with applicable logistics policies, regulations, and accountability requirements. Innovation & Capability Integration Identify opportunities to improve logistics performance through innovative technologies and emerging capabilities. Support integration of commercial logistics platforms, automation, artificial intelligence, and operational analytics.

Evaluate logistics processes to improve responsiveness, resiliency, and operational efficiency. Recommend capability enhancements supporting contested logistics and distributed sustainment operations. Promote continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.

Workforce Leadership Lead multidisciplinary logistics teams supporting multiple Task Delivery Orders and regional initiatives. Supervise project planning, workforce management, staffing, and professional development activities. Establish performance objectives and accountability measures supporting successful project execution.

Mentor logistics professionals while promoting collaboration across functional organizations. Coordinate activities with subcontractor partners supporting logistics services. Program Execution & Customer Engagement Manage project cost, schedule, technical performance, and contract deliverables.

Coordinate execution activities with the Program Management Office, Regional Managers, Functional Group Leads, and Government stakeholders. Prepare executive briefings, operational reports, and performance assessments. Monitor customer satisfaction and implement corrective actions when required.

Support business process improvements and organizational excellence initiatives. Qualifications: Required: Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Military Science, National Security Studies, or a related discipline, or 15 years of military logistics experience. Relevant military or Government logistics experience may be substituted for formal education requirements.

Minimum 10 years supporting logistics operations, supply chain management, deployment, and distribution, or theater sustainment activities. Minimum 6 years supporting Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, Special Operations, or Theater-level organizations. Minimum 4 years leading multidisciplinary logistics teams supporting Government programs.

Experience managing multiple concurrent logistics projects and geographically dispersed operations. Experience supporting supply chain management, distribution operations, warehousing, inventory management, transportation, or contingency logistics. Experience supporting operational planning, exercises, or contingency operations.

Demonstrated ability to brief and advise senior Government and military leadership. Experience managing project cost, schedule, and performance Desired: Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, National Security Studies, or related discipline. Prior experience supporting SOCPAC, USSOCOM, INDOPACOM, PACAF, PACFLEET, MARFORPAC, USARPAC, 8th TSC, Joint Staff, or Geographic Combatant Commands.

Experience supporting contested logistics, Joint Theater Distribution Centers (JTDC), RSOI, deployment and distribution operations, or expeditionary sustainment. Experience integrating commercial logistics providers and non-standard supply chain solutions. Experience utilizing GCSS-Army, GCSS-MC, SAP/ERP systems, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, logistics information systems, or similar operational platforms.

Experience supporting Agile Combat Employment (ACE), Expeditionary Advanced Base Operations (EABO), Distributed Maritime Operations (DMO), or Joint Logistics Over-the-Shore (JLOTS). Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
