As a Project Manager at WxTite you will support the Project Executive and project team by:
  • Client Relationship & Business Development: Drive sales, retain clients, and secure referrals through strong relationship management and industry involvement.
  • Estimating & Preconstruction Management: Prepare accurate estimates and proposals, manage submittals, subcontractors, and pre-construction documentation.
  • Project Delivery Oversight: Lead multiple projects with a focus on timely, under-budget completion while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial & Administrative Support: Assist with AP/AR, payroll, forecasting, expense reports, and project reporting using current software tools.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, subcontractors, and field staff to maintain smooth project workflows.
  • Safety & Quality Control Enforcement: Uphold safety protocols, implement quality control measures, and document all compliance and field conditions.
  • Field Operations & Documentation: Conduct regular sites visits, oversee jobsite logistics, and manage project reporting and recordkeeping to ensure accuracy and accountability.

A successful Project Manager will have:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in construction-related industry and/or bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service experience required; business development skills and experience are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of project financial management
  • Scope development and estimating/pricing experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Scheduling/Project Management software, familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam preferred.
  • Skilled in budgeting, cost codes, and scheduling logic.
