Position Summary

Bridge Brothers is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution and coordination of custom bridge and infrastructure projects from kickoff through delivery.

This role works closely with customers, engineering, fabrication, vendors, and company leadership to keep projects moving efficiently, solve problems proactively, and ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate comes from a civil, structural, infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, construction, concrete, precast, or related project environment and understands how to coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and moving parts.

This is a high-visibility role offering strong compensation, significant autonomy, direct exposure to leadership, and long-term growth potential within a growing infrastructure manufacturer.

This role is based in Greenville, SC with minimal travel required.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from sales handoff through fabrication, delivery, and closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, priorities, and execution plans
  • Coordinate across customers, engineering, fabrication, logistics, and leadership teams
  • Track project scope, schedule impacts, and change management
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding timelines, deliverables, and project updates
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and related documentation
  • Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and help drive projects to successful completion
  • Support continuous improvement of project coordination and execution processes
  • Assist with material planning, procurement coordination, and delivery logistics as needed

Qualifications
  • 3–7+ years of project management, project engineering, construction coordination, or related experience
  • Background within civil, structural, infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, concrete, precast, fabrication, or construction-related environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction/fabrication documentation
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Self-starter who operates with urgency, accountability, and ownership
  • Experience within bridge, transportation, utility, industrial, structural steel, or heavy civil projects is a plus

Work Environment
  • Combination of office and fabrication shop environments
  • Frequent collaboration with engineering, production, and operations teams
  • PPE provided for shop environments
