Hiring a Construction Project Manager!!

Job Description

The Project Manager holds ultimate responsibility for the financial and technical success of construction projects, overseeing all phases of project planning and execution. The role requires planning, organizing, leading, and controlling projects in accordance with company policies while ensuring client expectations are met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams by clearly defining roles, promoting accountability, and resolving conflicts.
  • Support team development and training initiatives.
  • Participate in preconstruction activities, including constructability reviews, logistics planning, and scheduling.
  • Oversee project schedules and ensure adherence to contracts, permitting, and procurement processes.
  • Manage all project documentation including RFIs, submittals, ASIs, reports, and approvals.
  • Lead the project buyout phase and ensure contracts are executed timely.
  • Coordinate logistics planning with Project Superintendent.
  • Maintain knowledge of owner contracts, trade agreements, and all project documentation.
  • Utilize project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Vista.
  • Implement cost control measures and manage project budgets, contingencies, and financials.
  • Oversee the pay application process and maintain client communication for timely project execution.
  • Manage change order process and ensure proper tracking to minimize risk and maintain project flow.

Essential Skills

  • Strong end-to-end construction project management experience.
  • Proficiency in preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and client-facing responsibilities.
  • Experience managing change orders, pay applications, and project financials.
  • Proficiency in Procore and similar platforms is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Textura, Procore, and Vista.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $69.71 - $69.71/hr.
