OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager - Aviation Supply Support. Position Responsibilities: * Communicates with customer to provide status and accept communication, guidance, or direction. Works with the customer on a daily basis as required, to ensure currency for specific areas of responsibility and provides a simplified weekly update. Provides analysis, process recommendations, and performs management support. * Performs problem solving via coordination for forward deployed TARP Reps, eRMS monitoring/activity assignment management, including deployments, task order/cost proposal management, subcontract management, training plan management, SITSUM preparation, Marine Corps Command liaison including special reporting, operations management meeting agenda/facilitation. * Participates in TARP Field Team Brief Presentations, VTCs/phone calls as requested/needed. * Provides support for Mobile Node Operations (set up, operations, ATAC coordination, compliance with local country laws, and reporting), travel controls and management, warehouse lease management plus related packaging and container supplies management and overseas personnel contact management. Position Requirements: * SECRET Clearance * Minimum of Bachelor's degree. * 15 years' of related work experience that must include program manager duties in supply systems and/or logistics programs. * Must be able to manage a program with approximately 60 personnel in a fluid operational environment.
