Job Title: Senior Land Program Integrator Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a Senior Land Program Integrator to support land-based security cooperation and capability development activities throughout the U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). The Program Integrator will provide program management, requirements analysis, cost and schedule tracking, procurement coordination, and reporting support for projects involving vehicles, tactical equipment, communications, maintenance, logistics, facilities, mobility, and sustainment capabilities

The analyst will work closely with Field Service Representatives (FSRs), SOUTHCOM stakeholders, U.S. Government personnel, host-nation military/security partners, vendors, and program leadership to translate operational requirements and field assessments into executable actions and track those actions through completion. The Integrator will also work with the government in the oversight of training events for partners from the AOR

Responsibilities: Track land-based requirements, projects, actions, deliverables, costs, schedules, risks, and milestones across the SOUTHCOM AOR. Review field assessments and FSR findings and translate identified capability gaps into clearly defined program requirements and Courses of Action (COAs). Develop and maintain project trackers, spend plans, cost estimates, schedules, procurement status, and action-item logs.

Conduct cost comparisons and vendor research for vehicles, parts, communications, tactical equipment, maintenance, transportation, infrastructure, and support services. Support development of Scopes of Work (SOW), Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates, Bills of Material (BOM), procurement packages, and acquisition documentation. Track equipment and material from requirement identification through procurement, shipping, customs, delivery, installation, fielding, and final acceptance.

Coordinate with host-nation partners to understand operational priorities, requirements, timelines, customs/importation processes, and logistical constraints. Monitor local atmospherics, vendor capabilities, lead times, transportation, supply-chain issues, and schedule dependencies affecting execution. Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, executive summaries, briefing slides, decision papers, meeting minutes, and leadership updates.

Identify and track cost, schedule, performance, logistics, and sustainment risks requiring Program Manager or Government action. Support meetings and coordination with SOUTHCOM, U.S. Government stakeholders, host-nation partners, FSRs, vendors, and supporting organizations

Coordinate logistics, planning and security cooperation functions with discrete training events carried out in the AOR and CONUS. Travel to locations in the AOR to provide oversight and/or direct interaction with vendors, suppliers, and coordinating organizations, as required. Qualifications: Required: Experience in program analysis, project management, logistics, acquisition, operations, training or government contracting.

Ability to manage multiple projects and accurately track cost, schedule, scope, performance, and status. Experience developing reports, briefings, trackers, cost estimates, and decision-support products. Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint. Ability to work effectively with military, government, contractor, vendor, and international partners. U.S

Citizen with ability to travel internationally throughout the SOUTHCOM AOR. Maintain a US Tourist passport with at least 6 months remaining before expiration. Possess a TS/SCI Clearance Desired: Prior DoD, SOUTHCOM, security cooperation, FMS, BPC, counter-narcotics, or international program experience.

Familiarity with tactical vehicles, communications, maintenance, logistics, mobility, facilities, and sustainment programs. Experience supporting procurement, international shipping, customs, equipment fielding, and host-nation delivery. Previous experience working with Latin American and Caribbean military/security partners.

Spanish-language proficiency highly desired. PMP, DAWIA, FAC, logistics, acquisition, or related certification desirable. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
