Job description

Job Title: Early Careers Program Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Program Analyst to support and scale our Global Early Career Programs. This role is responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery, and optimization of multi-site programs for interns, apprentices, new college grads, managers, and volunteers. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, People Ops, and global stakeholders to balance strategy and execution, manage multiple workstreams, build scalable program frameworks, and use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Design and continuously improve core program components for up to 1,000 interns, new college grads, and apprentices, focusing on skills development, career and personal growth experiences, mentorship programs, hackathons, case competitions, community building, and social programming.
  • Support the design and delivery of orientation and pre-boarding experiences across 12+ offices in partnership with People Ops teams.
  • Manage 5-8 concurrent workstreams, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for managers, program participants, and site leads, delivering guidance through email, webinars, documentation, and live trainings.
  • Support marketing and engagement campaigns by writing and sending engagement emails to program participants, managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Support the strategy and execution of programming through 50+ site leads and volunteer partners.
  • Create global program surveys in Qualtrics and evaluate program effectiveness and health through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Use data and research to identify root causes, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiencies.

Essential Skills
  • 3 or more years of related experience.
  • Experience designing, documenting, and maintaining scalable processes and policies.
  • Leadership presence and credibility to engagetenured leaders and global stakeholders.
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
  • Strong data analysis, agile execution, and process optimization capabilities.
  • Proven experience managing multiple workstreams for mid to large-scale programs.
  • Experience with event planning and logistics in a professional or programmatic setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows environments.
  • Experience in surveying tools, preferably Qualtrics.
  • Proficiency in AI tools to automate workflows, including Copilot and PowerAutomate.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
