Job description

As a Junior Logistics Coordinator, you will provide administrative support across our daily logistics operations. You will help maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, support supplier performance tracking, keep import and export compliance documentation organized, and resolve freight billing discrepancies. This entry-level, administration-focused role is ideal for an organized communicator looking to build a foundation in global logistics, carrier management, and international trade documentation.

This role is on-site, based out of Toronto, ON.

We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.

Who You Are

  • Detail-focused coordinator who keeps records accurate, organized, and easy to retrieve.
  • Proactive problem solver who flags shipment issues and billing discrepancies early.
  • Clear communicator with internal teams, carriers, brokers, and 3PL partners.
  • Eager to build skills in logistics operations, carrier management, and trade documentation.

What We Need

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years in administrative, customer service, or entry-level office work; logistics experience a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; ERP familiarity like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is helpful.
  • High attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
