Job description

We have an immediate opening for a Logistics Coordinator in Hamilton! Work for a Canadian company that has been in business for over 30 years! If you have experience in logistics, apply today! Duties: - Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments for raw materials, tools, and finished parts - Schedule pickups and deliveries with freight carriers, couriers, and logistics providers - Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices - Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse logistics planning - Ensure that all international shipments comply with relevant import/export laws - Liaise with suppliers, carriers, production, and customer service to align logistics with production schedules and delivery deadlines Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in logistics, or supply chain coordination - Familiarity with domestic and international shipping procedures. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems - Experience in a CNC or precision manufacturing environment - Knowledge of trade compliance, and customs regulations Pay rate: - $26.67/ hour paid weekly every Friday Shift: - Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm APPLY NOW!
