MANTECH  seeks a mission-driven and detail-oriented Logistics Planner to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Senior Commercial Logistics Planner coordinates the ongoing logistical functions of an organization by managing product life cycles and resource distribution.

  • Analyze logistical data to identify process improvements and ensure efficient internal allocation of assets.

  • Implement supply chain policies and oversee the delivery of resources to multiple geographically dispersed locations.

  • Manages the execution of current and future commercial logistics planning tasks for special operations command centers in the Indo-Pacific.

  • Evaluate commercial supply chain data to prioritize resource movements and ensure infrastructure reliability for high-impact mission sets.

  • Lead the coordination of commercial vendors and logistics hubs to resolve operational bottlenecks affecting theater-wide readiness.

  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

  • 10+ years of position-relevant experience.

  • Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical logistics protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CSCP or PMP certification or a related field.

  • Experience with commercial transportation networks in the Indo-Pacific.

  • Knowledge of MIL-STD logistics and force protection protocols.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH's benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
