What is a logistics optimization analyst?

Logistics Optimization Analysts are professionals who analyze and improve supply chain processes to ensure the efficient movement of goods and materials. They use data analysis, modeling, and optimization techniques to identify bottlenecks, reduce costs, and enhance service levels within logistics operations. Their work often involves collaborating with various departments, implementing new technologies, and making recommendations to streamline transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Ultimately, they help organizations achieve better operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What skills and qualifications are needed to be a logistics optimization analyst?
