  • Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities; develop and execute annual financial operating plans with clear P&L accountability.

  • Prepare regular operations reports and executive dashboards; present performance insights and improvement recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Client Service & Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary transportation operations contact for key accounts, managing SLA compliance, service reviews, and escalation resolution.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse Operations, Customs Brokerage, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution.

  • Manage complaint/claims resolution processes; drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to continuously improve client satisfaction.

  • Support RFP response development and client presentations with operational data, capacity planning, and competitive pricing insights.

About You

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in transportation/logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

  • Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required for coordination with HQ and cross-border operations.

  • Demonstrated experience managing carrier relationships, rate negotiations, and RFP/RFQ processes.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute annual financial/operating plans with P&L oversight.

  • Proficiency with TMS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel at advanced level), and data analysis/reporting tools.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving process improvement.

Preferred but not essential for this role:
