Position Summary
The Logistics Manager leads the warehouse, inventory control, and logistics team responsible for reliable material flow across the site. This role sets operating priorities, ensures inventory accuracy and compliance, drives continuous improvement, and partners cross-functionally to support production, customer commitments, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Operations, Inventory & Systems Leadership
  • Lead warehouse, logistics, and inventory control operations to ensure safe, compliant, efficient, and reliable material flow from receiving through shipment.
  • Establish priorities, operating rhythms, metrics, and resource plans that support production requirements, customer commitments, inventory accuracy, and site objectives.
  • Provide leadership accountability for WMS, Oracle EBS, inventory reporting, and system-enabled controls to improve execution discipline and decision-making.

Compliance, Risk & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure warehouse and logistics processes remain audit-ready and compliant with company policies, SOPs, safety expectations, quality standards, and applicable requirements.
  • Lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce operational risk, improve inventory performance, strengthen controls, and increase productivity.

Team Leadership
  • Build, coach, and develop a capable logistics team with clear expectations, strong accountability, standard work, and effective training discipline.
  • Foster a culture of safety, ownership, teamwork, problem solving, and operational excellence across shifts and functions.
  • Partner with Planning, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance, IT, and site leadership to align logistics execution with business priorities, communicate risks, and resolve constraints.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, distribution, supply chain, or inventory management in a manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex environment.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience with responsibility for team performance, coaching, workload planning, operational accountability, and process improvement.
  • Experience with WMS and ERP systems; Oracle EBS experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, organizational, and cross-functional influence skills.
  • Ability to use metrics, data, and structured problem solving to improve warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, material flow, and system-driven execution.

    Salary: onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is$73,400 to $128,400 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of the internal equity of our current team members.
