Description: 
The Associate Equipment Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional support to both internal and external customers by ensuring the seamless coordination and movement of capital equipment assets. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient logistics operations and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the logistics of capital equipment within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and accurate equipment moves.
Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers and customers, proactively communicating updates, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth delivery experience.
Schedule pickups, deliveries, and transfers while monitoring progress to ensure adherence to timelines and service expectations.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions, transactions, and equipment movements within internal systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges by collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout all equipment movements.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
 
Job Description:
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required:
BS/BA Degree in Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred. High School Diploma required.
3 years in experience in a customer facing role through customer service or logistics related position.

Ability to maintain composure through stressful situations
Proficient in MS Office applications
