Job Summary: Manager of Warehouse Operations in Torrance, CA
LGLNA is a growing business that requires a skilled and engaging a Manager of Warehouse Operations to support our rapidly expanding organization. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and multi-site environment. S/he enjoys collaborating with all company team members, is skilled in candidate screening and management, inbound, outbound, communication with internal colleagues and customers. We’re looking for an experienced warehouse professional who will partner with our customer to support and develop our fast-growing business.
[Key Responsibilities]
  • Provide leadership and direction to regional warehouse managers and teams
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across all warehouses
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development
  • Oversee daily operations of all warehouse facilities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operations metrics, implementing improvements as needed
