As we continue to grow and strengthen our sales organization, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to support the execution of sales strategies and initiatives. This role serves as a connection between our national sales team and corporate headquarters, ensuring sales programs, pricing, reporting, events, and communications are executed accurately and efficiently. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to
  • Coordinate sales trade shows, conferences, showroom events, and sales meetings, including logistics, vendor management, and promotional activities.
  • Manage and distribute pricing materials, sales communications, and other critical information to support the sales team and customers.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, analytics, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
  • Provide operational, reporting, and system support to sales representatives across various company platforms.
  • Support the development, communication, and execution of sales programs, promotions, and product launches.
  • Coordinate pricing approvals, promotional agreements, and closeout communications in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, and Sourcing to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties to support the Sales organization.

Qualifications and Experience
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in sales operations, marketing support, business administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience with event planning, trade show coordination, or sales support activities preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and reporting or business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Position is primarily office-based at Weinbrenner in Merrill, Wisconsin.
  • Occasional travel is required for trade shows, sales conferences, showroom activities, and customer events.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds during event and trade show activities.
