Job Type: Contract (12 months + potential to convert)
Schedule: Monday (9pm-12am), Friday (9pm-12am), & Saturday (12pm-9pm)
Compensation: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour

As an Associate Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting daily transportation operations, ensuring shipments move efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Job Description
As an Associate Operations Coordinator, you will support transportation and logistics operations by managing shipment-related activities and serving as a point of contact for customers and carriers. Responsibilities include:
  • Execute operational tasks in accordance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards, including:
    • Providing shipment information
    • Creating and managing orders
    • Activating and coordinating shipments
    • Building and assigning loads
    • Scheduling appointments
    • Tracking and tracing shipments
    • Entering shipment events
    • Processing invoicing activities
  • Monitor task queues and designated email accounts to respond to customer and carrier inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Document shipment events accurately using established procedures and operational knowledge.
  • Follow escalation processes when required and seek appropriate support for complex issues.
  • Ensure customer and carrier requests are resolved efficiently to promote a positive service experience.
  • Escalate questions, concerns, or exceptions when necessary.
  • Validate load and shipment data to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer and company standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs, team objectives, or regional requirements.

  • Previous customer service experience.
