Account Executive – Truck Brokerage

We’re seeking a motivated individual eager to advance their career in logistics. As an Account Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong carrier and customer relationships, developing pricing strategies, and driving business growth across intra-Mexico and cross-border operations. This role blends day-to-day sales execution with strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Development & Management

  • Grow and maintain a robust customer base across multiple industries.
  • Analyze trends to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue.
  • Conduct business reviews and performance reporting.


Pricing & Quoting

  • Develop carriers’ relationships and competitive rates for truckload, LTL, and multimodal services.
  • Assess market conditions and collaborate with carriers for capacity and cost data.
