Job description

Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our logistics team. This is an office-based position that requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working on the warehouse floor as needed to help ensure smooth communication between office and warehouse operations.
Starting Pay is $14.25
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and enter inbound and outbound customer orders accurately.
  • Review inventory to verify order fulfillment and shipment status.
  • Provide customers with timely updates on orders and shipments.
  • Handle last-minute shipping requests and urgent customer needs.
  • Follow up on customer orders and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Address customer concerns while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Assist with general administrative and logistics support duties.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service within a logistics, transportation, or warehouse environment.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Experience using FedEx and UPS shipping portals.
  • Familiarity with order routing and shipment scheduling.
  • Experience creating Bills of Lading (BOLs).
  • Understanding of warehouse, shipping, and logistics operations.
  • Strong computer, data entry, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
