This internship takes place in the Spring semester, typically beginning in early January and ending May/June.

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit operations? EveryMind is seeking an intern to support our Operations team in ensuring smooth day-to-day functions within our organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about asset management, office logistics, and facilities support while contributing to EveryMind’s mission of mental health advocacy and community support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Management
    • Assist in updating and maintaining our asset management software to keep accurate records of company resources.
    • Help track equipment and assets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Onboarding and Office Coordination
    • Organize and print onboarding packets for new employees to support a smooth start for new team members.
    • Help manage office supplies by regularly checking and updating inventory to meet organizational needs.
  • Data Management
    • Assist in receiving and recording technology forms, ensuring data is accurately uploaded into relevant systems.
    • Support electronic and physical documentation of company assets and resource usage.
  • Facilities and Workspace Support
    • Provide assistance in coordinating office logistics, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
    • Assist with facilities organization, ensuring a welcoming and functional office environment.

Qualifications:
