About the Role:

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient management and accuracy of inventory within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained to meet production and customer demands. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk collaborates closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow and minimize stock discrepancies. By executing effective inventory control procedures and utilizing inventory management systems, this role helps reduce waste and improve operational efficiency. Ultimately, the Inventory Coordinator supports the manufacturing process by maintaining accurate inventory records and facilitating timely availability of materials.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in supply chain management,logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiencywith inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
