What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Drivers and Dispatchers.
  • Oversee daily fuel transportation and delivery operations.
  • Optimize routes, schedules, and equipment utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
  • Resolve transportation and customer service issues.
  • Visit driver locations and maintain strong relationships with transportation employees.
  • Participate in the transport on-call rotation and provide backup dispatch support as needed.
  • Partner with leadership to drive safe, efficient, and profitable operations.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation: Starting pay at $75,000 annually

Required Qualifications
