Your Responsibilities

As a Marketing Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting US marketing initiatives and driving demand generation activities to support business growth. You will oversee day-to-day marketing execution, including campaign coordination, social media scheduling, and email marketing, while ensuring alignment with internal and global teams. Acting asΒ a central point of contact for marketing partners and vendors, you will help manage communications, event logistics, and seamless campaign delivery. You will maintain CRM data integrity, nurture leads and track engagement, and support reporting on marketing performance and ROI. Your responsibilities will include:

Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Support US marketing activations in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Manage day-to-day communications with marketing partners.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish social media content.
  • Assist with email campaign execution using Hubspot.

CRM Management & Lead Tracking

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate contact and lead data.
  • Upload and track leads from events, campaigns, and demand generation activities.
  • Manage attendee lists (pre-registration and post-event) and ensure proper lead attribution.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and ensure consistent tracking of lead interactions.

Event Coordination & Logistics

  • Support planning and execution of marketing events and activations.
  • Coordinate logistics including vendor communications, travel, and accommodations.
  • Assist with event partner coordination and on-site preparation as needed.
  • Ensure timely execution of event deliverables and requirements.

Reporting, Analytics & Collaboration

  • Track and report on marketing performance (events, campaigns, social reach).
  • Provide insights on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with global teams to support demand generation initiatives.

Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating marketing events, including logistics and vendor interaction.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams and external partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Mailchimp.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

$75,000 - $80,000 a year

At Ekimetrics, final base salary is determined by a multitude of factors and vary from candidate to candidate. Determining factors for base compensation include, but are not limited to, professional background, years of experience, and skillset.Β A reasonable estimate of the base salary for our NYC office is between $75,000 and $80,000. In addition to this base salary, we have a comprehensive benefits package, generous bonus package, and a dynamic promotions and salary structure.
