Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations and Logistics Support Specialist supports day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, processing, and shipping products. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with quality standards while maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
WEEKDAY DAYTIME POSITION
$18/HOUR
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, condition, and completeness, including product type, model, and serial information
  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments in alignment with order instructions, ensuring proper packaging and documentation
  • Accurately record shipment details, status updates, and tracking information in company systems
  • Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and external partners
  • Stage, store, and transport inventory to support operational workflow and order fulfillment
  • Maintain shipping and receiving areas, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and readiness for daily operations
  • Monitor inventory of shipping supplies and coordinate reordering as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 plus years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations preferred
  • Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license. Must have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing and moving for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to follow established processes and quality standards

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Familiarity with shipping systems (e.g., FedEx Ship Manager) and inventory tracking tools
  • Organizational skills with a focus on maintaining accurate records and documentation
