This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and strengthen relationships with quality carriers, ensuring the seamless movement of freight and delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, dispatchers, and load planners to ensure reliable transportation services
  • Source new carriers to expand the existing carrier network and meet the company's transportation needs
  • Negotiate rates and terms with carriers to optimize profitability and service quality
  • Manage ongoing communication with carriers to secure additional truck capacity and address operational needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments
  • Monitor carrier performance and compliance to uphold company standards
  • Resolve issues related to transportation, capacity, and scheduling efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of carrier interactions, agreements, and performance metrics
