Overview:
This role will support logistics operations, supply chain management, and system sustainment activities. The Subject Matter Expert will assist with inventory oversight, transportation coordination, and compliance reviews, and maintenance planning.
Security Requirement:
  • Active Secret clearance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with inventory oversight, transportation coordination, compliance reviews, and maintenance planning
  • Ensure timely and efficient logistics support, including parts procurement, repair, and supply chain management.
  • Procure spare parts, components, and consumables for Uncrewed Systems (UxS) platforms. Deliverables: Purchase orders, shipping records, and inventory reports.
  • Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and optimize the supply chain. Deliverables: Inventory management reports, and logistics performance metrics.
  • Arrange for the transportation and shipping of UxS assets and components. Deliverables: Shipping manifests, and transportation records.

Position Requirements:
  • Minimum 5yrs of experience in Department of War logistics or supply chain management.
  • If applicants are previous military personnel, they shall have received an honorable discharge from military service and have never lost applied specialization during military career.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with hazardous materials handling and transportation regulations (e.g., DOT, IATA).

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting Naval Special Warfare.
  • Experience supporting Uncrewed Systems (UxS).
  • Certification in hazardous materials handling.
