As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for end to end inbound and outbound logistics as well as 3PL warehouse management across the Americas. Based in our New York office and reporting to the Operations Director, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Operations, and HQ teams in Paris to support business growth through operational excellence, scalability, and cost efficiency

Responsibilities
Manage and collaborate with 3PL warehouse to ensure optimal execution of receipts, inventory flows, and order management.
Plan, manage, and coordinate all inbound and outbound freight activities, ensuring on time delivery, cost control, and strong partnerships with approved carriers.
Design and implement a best in class logistics footprint that supports business scalability and growth.
Develop and execute the supply chain transportation strategy for the Americas to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible total cost.
Partner with global HQ supply chain teams on strategy alignment, resource optimization, profitability, and KPIs.
Work closely with Sales and Retail teams to define the most cost effective distribution solutions for our products.
Lead relationship with freight forwarders and transportation providers, including routing decisions, rate negotiations, and approval of contracts and invoices.
Collaborate with Sales Administration in France on inbound freight scheduling and consolidation strategies.
Monitor inbound purchase orders, ensure accurate delivery dates, proactively manage delays, and prioritize urgent receipts with 3PL partner.
Ensure effective utilization of ERP and WMS systems to support logistics operations and data accuracy.
As a member of the Operations team, report regularly on logistics KPIs, perform performance analysis, and implement corrective actions as needed.


Logistics Qualifications / Skills:
Have +5 years previous experience in Logistics, ideally in a luxury company
Have a strong analytical mindset, good attention to detail
Advanced level of excel
Be a team player, collaborate with integrity with all teams, strong communication skills
