The Deputy Logistics Manager will support a transformative airport infrastructure project and will be part of a high-performing project team based in the west end of Toronto.

Your role
  • Deputizes for theLogisticsManager asrequiredto support the oversight and coordination of the construction activities.
  • Assists theLogisticsManager in the execution of project construction and coordinator duties related to logistics solutions
  • Manage and maintain communication with stakeholders and project staff
  • Provide strategic level reporting to enable effective decision making.
  • Facilitatemeetings and workshops with stakeholders as required
About you
  • Typically, a minimum of 12 years of professional experience with 7 ina logisticsrelated leadership role.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs greater than CAD $500M.
  • Ability todemonstratesignificantexpertisein sitelogistics, traffic management, site coordination, material and equipment delivery, and other applicable technical fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver integratedlogisticssolutions on complex projects and programs.
  • Strong technical capability in all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance preferably large program/projects.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships and providing strategic level reporting to enable effective decision making.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills including the ability tofacilitatemeeting / workshops with large groups of stakeholders.
  • Recognized degree and professional designation are considered an asset.
