Position Summary

This position manages logistics operations-covering outbound shipments and warehousing-while closely collaborating with customer service and logistics partners to deliver best-in-class service to our customers. 

Responsibilities will include:

In collaboration with the Customer Service teams, the logistics representative coordinates the physical flow of products, from distribution to customers, including the coordination of stocks. 

Contributes to the successful delivery of our customer promise in terms of lead time 

Participates in the implementation of logistics performance indicators (OTIF, Lead Times, etc.) 

The logistics representative may be required to work with our logistics service providers (Freight Forwarders, Carriers, Warehouses, etc.) to guarantee an optimal level of customer service. 

In this context, may be asked to work on customs and incoterms management. 

Other duties as assigned. 

Required Experience & Knowledge

Diploma in logistics with experience in imports and distribution

>3-5+ years' experience in logistics/warehousing 

Dangerous Goods Safety adviser (DGSA) is a plus

Experience preferred with conducting business as per ISO 22.000 and GDP

Haz Mat certifications (DOT/ IMDG / IATA) are required

Strong MS Office skills, including expertise MS Excel (pack office)

Proficiency in customer service software - Technology tools expertise (ex. SAP, SAGE, SQL, Access, Tableau, TMS tools)

Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong client-facing and communication skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skill
