Job description

We're looking for an experienced Logistics Manager, Americas to lead and optimize our regional distribution network across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for ensuring products move efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively from receipt through delivery, returns, and inventory management across retail, eCommerce, marketplace, drop-ship, and direct-to-consumer channels.
As a key member of the operations team, you will lead a regional logistics organization, manage strategic 3PL partnerships, drive operational excellence, and help build a scalable supply chain that supports continued business growth across the Americas.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop a regional logistics team spanning the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
  • Manage warehouse operations through both direct and third-party facilities, ensuring strong service, inventory accuracy, and operational performance
  • Oversee transportation, distribution, and cross-border logistics activities while optimizing service levels and cost efficiency
  • Establish and manage KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance reviews with logistics partners
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, transportation, inventory control, systems, and automation
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Global Operations to support business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage logistics budgets, cost-improvement initiatives, and performance reporting for regional leadership
  • Lead logistics readiness for product launches, promotions, marketplace fulfillment, and peak demand periods

What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, distribution, or supply chain operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing warehouse operations, logistics teams, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation, returns, and reverse logistics processes
  • Experience establishing and managing operational KPIs, service levels, and continuous improvement programs
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing logistics budgets, transportation costs, and vendor performance
  • Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems; JDE experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluent English required; Spanish language skills strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in consumer products, retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel distribution environments
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs compliance, dangerous goods, and cross-border logistics within the Americas
  • Experience leading warehouse optimization, systems implementations, automation, or network transformation projects

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $97,584 - $121,980 annually. This role is also bonus eligible.
