Location: Naperville, IL

Schedule: Mon–Fri | Onsite

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 base salary

About the Role

You'll lead our shipping and receiving operations — overseeing a team of 7+ and partnering with production, freight carriers, and customer-facing teams to keep products moving. You'll set quality standards, run accurate inventory, and lead by example on the warehouse floor. This is a hands-on supervisor role for someone who can both run the day-to-day and develop the team.

  • Lead a team of 7+ shipping and receiving staff — communicate expectations, recognize wins, and drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including personnel, stock moves, and accurate inventory
  • Coordinate with Production to prioritize shipments based on customer requirements and production schedules
  • Manage freight carriers and logistics providers, ensuring accurate shipping documentation and timely transportation
  • Establish quality metrics for inbound and outbound deliveries, and inspect received items to flag any discrepancies
  • Complete accurate ERP transactions and partner with Customer Success, Project Managers, and Planners to meet delivery commitments

What You'll Bring

  • Have proven shipping and receiving experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Can lead, motivate, and develop a team on the warehouse floor
  • Know shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international supply chain logistics
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting
  • Can safely operate warehouse machinery like pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts
  • Are organized and detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
