Rehlko Power Systems is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Logistics Operations Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of Sales Coordinators responsible for coordinating the shipment of finished goods to customers and distributors. This critical leadership role oversees transportation planning, order fulfillment, shipment execution, and customer communication to ensure on-time delivery, operational excellence, and a superior customer experience. The Sales Operations Supervisor will serve as a key liaison between customers, transportation partners, manufacturing, warehousing, and sales teams while driving continuous improvement across logistics operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Coordinators responsible for shipment planning, transportation management, order fulfillment, and customer communication.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance on logistics processes, transportation systems, customer communication, and best practices for shipment execution.
  • Oversee the coordination and execution of finished goods shipments to ensure on-time delivery, accuracy, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, Warehouse, Transportation Providers, and Distributor Leadership teams to align priorities, resolve delivery challenges, and support business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues related to shipment schedules, transportation delays, order fulfillment, and delivery performance.
  • Monitor and improve key logistics performance metrics, including on-time shipment performance, transportation efficiency, delivery accuracy, customer service levels, and freight-related costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of shipping and logistics activities.
  • Drive process improvements and support the implementation of new logistics tools, systems, and reporting capabilities to improve visibility, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with transportation providers and internal teams to proactively identify risks, manage capacity constraints, and ensure effective shipment scheduling and execution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field required.
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments, including carrier management, freight planning, and transportation issue resolution.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems, along with proficiency in transportation management, freight, and shipment tracking tools. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience managing logistics, transportation, customer operations, or order fulfillment teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex shipment and fulfillment workflows.
  • Strong understanding of transportation planning, freight management, order fulfillment, and customer delivery requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
