Essential Functions:

Develop policies, programs, and procedures for efficient operations to meet customer transportation business objectives.

Maintain and build relationships with carriers, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders.

Monitor carrier performance metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Freight bill audit and payment across several modes of transportation.

Network optimization to ensure strategic and cost-effective shipping patterns.

Cross-functional leadership, including management of direct report.

P&L results management.

Main point of contact for customer relationship.


Additional Responsibilities:

Performs other duties as assigned.

Must be available to work on site at customer's Brecksville, OH location (currently 4 days per week on-site with 1 flexible remote day).
