Join Our Team

We are seeking a results-driven Logistics Manager to lead our domestic and cross-border transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations. In this high-impact role, you will help ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and compliant movement of materials and finished goods across multiple regions while partnering cross-functionally to support our growing manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead domestic and international transportation and distribution operations
  • Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and customs brokers
  • Ensure on-time delivery of materials and finished goods to support production and customers
  • Drive cost savings through optimization of freight, routes, and service levels
  • Partner with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Customer Service teams to align logistics with business needs
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, and process efficiency
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and mitigate supply chain risks
  • Develop, coach, and support logistics team members

What You Bring

  • Strong experience in logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations (manufacturing preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage domestic and international freight (parcel, LTL, FTL)
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs compliance, and shipping documentation
  • Experience with ERP systems (Epicor a plus) and strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain
  • Leadership or management experience preferred
  • Experience working with carriers, 3PLs, and international shipping operations
