A Logistics Management Trainee is an entry-level professional who participates in a structured training program to learn the various aspects of logistics and supply chain management. This role typically involves rotating through different departments such as inventory control, transportation, warehousing, and procurement to gain hands-on experience. The trainee works under the supervision of experienced managers and is prepared for future leadership positions within the logistics or supply chain field. By the end of the program, trainees are expected to understand the end-to-end logistics process and contribute to operational efficiency.

You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to understand the end-to-end logistics process. This exposure is designed to build a strong foundation for future advancement within the organization.
