Fabletics OS is currently looking for aLogistics Coordinator, Retail Activations

How Do You Fit In?

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the organization, movement, and shipment of fixtures and other Retail Activations assets within the fulfillment center. This role involves overseeing loading and unloading of trucks, coordinating shipment lanes, repairing fixtures, and ensuring smooth logistics operations for all events. The position also requires occasional travel to major events to assist with on-site logistics.

This position will report to the Manager, Retail Activations.

Key Responsibilities:


Fixture Management & Organization:

  • Maintain an organized inventory of fixtures and related materials in the fulfillment center.

  • Oversee fixture repair, ensuring all items are in good working condition before shipping.

  • Coordinate fixture allocation and retrieval for events.


Shipping & Receiving:

  • Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of fixtures and other items.

  • Prepare and process shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation.

  • Manage inbound and outbound shipment lanes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

  • Order and track Retail Activations supplies and marketing assets

Event Logistics Support:

  • Coordinate transportation and delivery of fixtures and merchandise to large events.

  • Travel to events as needed to assist with setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics.

  • Ensure all shipments arrive in proper condition and on schedule.


Operational Coordination:

  • Work closely with warehouse and fulfillment teams to streamline logistics processes.

  • Track inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overages.

  • Maintain compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:


Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
Willingness to travel for large events.
Basic mechanical skills for fixture repairs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Position may require you to execute light craftsmanship and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
