Job description

We’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our team’s logistics and inventory operations. This position reports to the Team Director and is responsible for coordinating outgoing shipments for the entire team while assisting with inventory tasks and maintaining accurate records.


The right person takes pride in their work, follows instructions carefully, learns quickly, and can be trusted to complete tasks accurately and consistently. Previous logistics or inventory experience is helpful, but not required.


Responsibilities


Logistics:


-Coordinate outgoing shipments for the entire team

-Create shipping labels and required documentation accurately and on schedule

-Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including required documentation

-Verify addresses, quantities, SKUs, and shipment details

-Track shipments and maintain accurate records

-Follow established procedures and delivery instructions

-Assist with shipment issues or discrepancies as directed


Inventory:


-Assist with receiving, counting, and recording inventory

-Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts

-Enter and update inventory information accurately

-Compare physical counts with system records and flag discrepancies

-Verify SKUs, quantities, and product information

-Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining accurate records

-Previous logistics, inventory, fulfillment, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
