This work will include supporting monthly close processes, annual budget build, expense validation, and ad-hoc reporting.The Analyst will need to build relationships across various business units and with other internal partners to ensure completeness and reasonableness of all day-to-day business activities and their related financial impacts. This position reports to the SC Logistics Finance Director for BBU.Key Job Responsibilities:Support month and year-end close processes for Supply Chain Logistics to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial results Manage system validation of transportation activities with third party audit platformContribute to the post close operational analysis to identify and evaluate variances and provide narratives to leadership and business partnersCompile and analyze key performance indicatorsAssist in developing new processes and procedures to ensure the most efficient management of overall information collection, consolidation and communication relative to critical Supply Chain Logistics activitiesOther duties as assignedKey Behavioral Competencies:Motivated self-directed associate with a strong desire to deliver results and impact the business Highly collaborative team player with mindset to continually improve processes and resultsStrong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Advanced Excel skills are highly preferred)Excellent Communication skillsHighly OrganizedAbility to work well under pressureEducation and Work History:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business-related field preferred.
