About this role
As the Associate Director, Logistics Finance, you will serve as a strategic financial anchor for our global supply chain network. Managing the financial oversight of a massive $1B+ portfolio in freight and warehousing spend, you will collaborate directly with senior executives to optimize costs, streamline processes, and drive high-impact productivity initiatives.
This is a high-visibility leadership role where your insights will directly influence global and regional decision-making. If you are an expert in FP&A who thrives in fast-paced environments, transforms complex data into actionable strategies, and enjoys building standardized governance frameworks, this role offers the perfect platform to make a measurable impact on a global scale.
This onsite position offers the flexibility to be based out of either our Indianapolis (IN), Palm Beach Gardens (FL), or Charlotte (NC) offices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead productivity initiatives across more than $1 billion in global logistics spend spanning freight and warehousing.
  • Serve as a strategic finance business partner to the Global Logistics Leader and collaborate with segment operations finance teams to review and analyze logistics productivity.
  • Review and approve logistics productivity projects for transition from the WAVE reporting system to PSR.
  • Prepare monthly logistics spend and productivity reporting packages for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Establish, standardize, and own logistics productivity policies, guidance, and reporting governance.
  • Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities for global and regional stakeholders.
  • Support the Senior Director, Operations Finance with ad hoc analyses, insights, and decision support.
  • Partner closely with the Supply Chain COE team on cross-functional projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive standardization and process improvement across planning and reporting processes, including the identification and sharing of best practices.
  • Perform financial analysis of actual results, forecasts, and planning scenarios related to logistics productivity.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance / business administration / economics / commerce, with 8+ years experience in finance, of which 4+ years in FP&A.
  • 4+ years experience with financial management systems, including HFM.

Preferred Qualifications (assets)
Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:
  • People management experience is a great asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Self-motivated, independent problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
