Typical Day in the Role:

  • Purpose of the Team: The Growth & Experience team within Engineering is a customer-facing organization that supports various services, including customer onboarding and adoption initiatives. The immediate need for this role is to provide coverage for an administrative resource currently on leave of absence and support ongoing team operations.
  • Key Projects: This role will contribute to team support activities, including morale programs, space management, team events, supply ordering, device management, expense reporting support, alias management, logistics coordination, and general administrative operations.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Administrative assistant experience.
  • Experience supporting teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong administrative operations and team support background.
  • Event, meeting, and logistics coordination experience.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Basic calendar management experience (preferred, not required).
  • Expense management and expense reporting experience.
  • Alias management experience.
  • Supply ordering, procurement, and general office operations experience.
  • Experience coordinating morale initiatives, team events, and space management.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support primarily for a group.

Skills:
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
