As the Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic, climate-controlled warehouse environment where you will perform inventory control of finished goods. You will coordinate cross-functionally with various teams in our state-of-the-art pet food manufacturing facility to track, prioritize and manage inventory using various systems and tools.
  • Monitor and direct order management, warehousing, shipping schedules and transportation execution to fulfill customer requirements
  • Manage warehouse inventories of all finished goods and products in hold, salvaged or aged status
  • Identify, analyze and address variances while prioritizing multiple demands and providing direct support to cross-functional teams
  • Perform regular cycle counts and maintain product information in the enterprise resource planning system
  • Act as functional expert for SAP EWM, providing support and training to warehouse operators as needed
  • Oversee the administrative workflow to ensure accuracy, reliability, timeliness and compliance of records and reports of finished good shipments
  • Promote efficient operations and effective resource management within the organization

REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in inventory tracking, logistics coordination and/or warehouse management systems in a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, distribution center, military or related environment

OTHER
  • After orientation and training, you must be willing to work Monday-Friday on a 5 p.m.-1 a.m. schedule with periodic weekend rotations to provide on-call support to our continuous operations

The approximate pay range for this position is $46,000 to $63,000 per year. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
