  •   Partner with SCM, manufacturing, sales, finance, and customer teams to align transportation capacity with forecasted volume and business priorities, while leading long-term capacity planning for peak periods, production changes, new model launches, shutdowns, and market shifts.
  •   Manage carrier performance through scorecards, quarterly business reviews, corrective action plans, escalation processes, and accountability for on-time delivery, damage prevention, communication, capacity commitments, claims support, and cost compliance.
  •   Own transportation financial performance by managing costs against AOP, budget, forecast, and cost-per-unit targets, while leveraging data analytics, dashboards, and exception reporting to proactively mitigate risk and improve service.
  •   Lead transportation disruption management and recovery efforts, communicate impacts and countermeasures to leadership, drive system enhancements that improve visibility and automation, and develop team capability through coaching, training, succession planning, process discipline, and performance management.
