Work Location: Lithia Springs, GA (Modular Pre-Fab Warehouse)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation (ie. BOLs, packing lists, delivery receipts)
  • Verify incoming shipments with purchase orders and report discrepancies or damages
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of shipment records
  • Communicate delivery status updates and resolve shipment issues proactively
  • Coordinate dock scheduling to optimize efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations
  • Support freight cost tracking and auditing of carrier invoices
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and operations Teams to improve inbound/outbound processes
  • Support the management, handling, and optimization of storage materials and inventory flow

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ability
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or material coordination (construction or electrical industry experience is a plus)

Reports to: Logistics Manager
Work Environment: Employee may be required to wear hardhat and safety glasses and will be required to observe safety procedures at job site. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud outside the site office.
