We are looking to hire a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team who will support our Logistics Department (Receiving, Stockroom & Shipping)


Position Summary

The Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout the organization, including repair operations, distribution, and manufacturing processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for receiving and processing shipments, tracking inventory, managing large quantities of parts, materials, or finished products, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining accurate records.


Essential Functions

  • Sign for incoming packages and deliveries.
  • Create work orders for incoming units requiring repair.
  • Perform quality inspections on incoming units.
  • Scan and maintain receiving documentation.
  • Identify and select appropriate packaging materials.
  • Verify part numbers and serial numbers.
  • Prepare shipments for pickup and delivery.
  • Ensure correct labeling and proper packaging for all shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Assist with daily inventory counts and inventory management activities.
  • Manage consignment inventory.
  • Run picking reports to support order fulfillment.
  • Assist technicians and other internal customers at service windows.
  • Issue parts and consume them against the appropriate Work Order (WO#).
  • Process teardown work order parts into stockroom inventory.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness within the logistics department.
  • Relocate parts within the stockroom as needed.
  • Print and apply new part labels.
  • Order department supplies as required.
  • Assist team members with logistics-related tasks as needed.
  • Maintain professional and effective communication with other departments.


Required Skills / Competencies / Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
  • Ability to push and pull objects as required.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends if necessary.
  • Previous experience in receiving, stockroom, or shipping preferred.
  • Previous experience with the Quantum inventory system preferred.
