Engineering Manager

As the Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of advanced material handling systems. Your role will be critical in ensuring project success, meeting quality, cost, and time objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers across various disciplines.
  • Manage the engineering design and development process from concept to production.

  • Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.

  • Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in the material handling, automation, or manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing complex projects.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
