Primary Responsibilities
Join our team in a role that helps keep materials moving efficiently through our operation. In this position, you'll coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, support accurate inventory and system records, and partner with procurement, planning, and warehouse teams to resolve shipment issues and keep priorities on track. You'll also help improve processes, support freight claims and audits, and contribute to a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment. Primary responsibilities will include:
  • Balance inbound/outbound workload
  • Document and communicate discrepancies drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Manage inbound freight claims
  • Ensure alignment with the procurement and planning teams on material availability and shipment priorities
  • Develop processes for the position
  • Ensure receipts, inventory records and system balance accuracy
  • Regular review or processes for continuous improvement
  • Ensure a SAFE & Clean Work Environment
  • Support inventory reconciliation activities and dock audits

Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • 2-4 Years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • Microsoft Office proficiency

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • XA Knowledge and SAP, and advanced Microsoft excel skills
